Welcome to our Anchorage Hostel!

The Anchorage International Hostel is located in the heart of Alaska's largest city, Anchorage, nestled between the Chugach Mountains and Cook Inlet. Our convenient downtown location allows visitors easy access to bus, train and national park shuttle services as well as the many events and activies in Dowtown Anchorage.
Our hostel is only blocks from many important points of interest. Whether your interest is hiking, nordic skiing, wildlife viewing, snowshoeing, rafting, dog mushing, snowmobiling, northern lights, golfing, flightseeing, fishing, canoeing, downhill skiing, performing arts, Alaska's Native culture, panning for gold, kayaking, baseball, birdwatching, fine cuisine, hockey, Fur Rendezvous, the Iditarod Trail Dog Sled Race, whale watching, snowboarding, bicycling, wildlife and glacier cruises, museums, nightlife, or shopping -- ALASKA HAS IT ALL -- and many of these activities are within minutes of our Downtown Anchorage location.

Office: Open 7 a.m.-12 noon then 4 p.m.-1 a.m.
Note: 1 a.m. curfew in affect every day. Outer doors are locked at 1 a.m.
Cleaning: From 12 noon-4 p.m. the room floors are locked for cleaning and maintenance. Floors open at 4 p.m.
Late Airport Arrival: Inform ofice staff for access past 1 a.m.
